Need lunch punches? Lunch calculator. Biweekly period? 2-week calculator.
How it works
- Enter In, Out, and unpaid break minutes on each worked day in the grid.
- Toggle H:MM or Decimal to match how you like to read hours.
- Export CSV or clear the sheet when you are finished.
Grid timesheet vs add-day card
Some people prefer tapping Add day after each shift. Others want every weekday visible up front—like a clipboard sheet. This page is the clipboard style: seven rows ready, blank days stay zero, and CSV export is one click.
FAQ
How is this timesheet different from the homepage calculator?
The homepage uses an Add day workflow for a flexible list. This timesheet starts with a fixed Monday–Sunday grid so you fill cells in place—closer to a printed weekly sheet—and export CSV when ready.
What does the H:MM | Decimal toggle change?
It only changes how daily hours and the week total are shown in the grid. Math stays the same; switch to match your payroll preference.
What does CSV export include?
A UTF-8 CSV with Day, In, Out, Break minutes, and Hours columns, plus a total row. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
Can I model a lunch out and lunch in on this grid?
This grid uses one unpaid break field per day. For separate lunch stamps, use the lunch time card calculator, then enter the resulting hours here if you only need the weekly sheet.
Need a two-week pay period instead?
Open the 2-week time card calculator for a 14-day table with Week 1 and Week 2 subtotals.
Does CSV upload my timesheet to an employer system?
No. Export stays on your device. You choose whether to upload or email the file yourself.
